In October, the walking group completed a 7-mile walk starting at Dacre, passing through Bewerley and on to Pateley Bridge. Here we had an excellent lunch
at the Lemon Meringue Tea Rooms and then proceeded to walk back to Dacre via Glasshouses to work off the calories!
The weather was glorious with sunshine all the way, setting off the wonderful, changing leaf-colours and the magnificent views across Nidderdale.
Our Group was reduced to only five in number but we hope to see the other members back in action soon for further walks.
